Key Responsibilities
  • Design and format materials for video, animation, digital, and interactive projects that integrate written, audio, and visual elements.
  • Collaborate with creative and scientific teams to produce content that effectively communicates scientific concepts, physiological processes, clinical data, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure adherence to design templates along with internal and external brand standards.
  • Follow established workflows, internal systems, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally within the production department and across the organization.
  • Engage in the conceptual stages of project development, aligning written scientific content with available resources to achieve optimal outcomes for client projects.
  • Utilize independent judgment and creativity to foster positive results for clients and the organization.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design and layout within an agency or production setting.
  • Proficient in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Proven ability to deliver print and digital materials that comply with style and brand guidelines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management abilities and capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, conceptual, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in storyboard development is advantageous.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in visual arts or a related discipline.
