- Sell Park Admission Tickets and Add-Ons: Sell various park admission ticket options, season passes, and add-on items to our guests.
- Upsell Park Programs: Promote and sell our park programs to our guests, including ride accessibility programs.
- Assist with Guest Concerns: Listen to guest concerns and provide an appropriate response to resolve issues.
- Support Guest Experience Department: Assist at various Guest Experience Department positions, including ticketing and admissions, arrival attendant, and support positions.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
- Communication Skills: Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Conflict Resolution Skills: Must have strong conflict-resolution/problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Must be friendly, upbeat, and able to work well with other employees in a fast-paced environment.
