About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team at AEG. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at our park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport and make genuine connections with our guests to ensure their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Sell Park Admission Tickets and Add-Ons: Sell various park admission ticket options, season passes, and add-on items to our guests.
  • Upsell Park Programs: Promote and sell our park programs to our guests, including ride accessibility programs.
  • Assist with Guest Concerns: Listen to guest concerns and provide an appropriate response to resolve issues.
  • Support Guest Experience Department: Assist at various Guest Experience Department positions, including ticketing and admissions, arrival attendant, and support positions.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
  • Communication Skills: Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills: Must have strong conflict-resolution/problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Must be friendly, upbeat, and able to work well with other employees in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Flexible Scheduling: Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for periods up to five hours at a time, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to twenty pounds without assistance.
