Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional seeking a challenging opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment?

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Professionals. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide exceptional customer service and sell Empire's flooring products.

About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established company serving customers for over 60 years. You will represent a quality brand and interact with excited customers through pre-qualified leads. Your earning potential is uncapped, and you will receive paid training to learn the business.

Earning Potential:
The average annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, with top performers earning over $100,000. You will earn while you learn, and your hard work will be rewarded with uncapped commissions paid weekly.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle that can accommodate flooring sample boards. You should also be able to attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually. Business development skills are essential, as you will need to achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales. Additionally, you should be available for evening and weekend appointments and possess excellent customer service skills.
