The Membership Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving membership growth through strategic inside sales efforts. This individual will cultivate relationships with prospective members, retain existing members, and meet or exceed sales goals by implementing effective membership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual membership goals.
  • Present membership benefits clearly and persuasively to prospects and leads.

Member Engagement:

  • Collaborate with existing members to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase member value.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions using CRM software.

Events and Programs:

  • Cross-sell member benefits and programs to both existing and potential members.

Qualifications:

  • Equivalent professional experience in Inside Sales will be considered in place of a degree.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role (experience in membership sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
