Key Responsibilities

The primary role of the Expo is to ensure that food orders are prepared efficiently and delivered to tables promptly, maintaining the quality and temperature of the dishes. This position serves as a crucial link between the kitchen and service staff, ensuring seamless communication and order accuracy.

  • Manage product inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Prepare menu items according to established specifications.
  • Label, date, and store prepped items appropriately.
  • Perform essential kitchen duties, including setup, stocking, and breakdown of workstations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and service areas.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper sanitation.

  • Implement recycling practices where applicable.
  • Interpret order tickets and ensure accurate assembly of dishes.
