Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this position encompass:

  • Executing all cleaning tasks using designated ServiceMaster products and equipment, including floor scrubbers.
  • Performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, window spot cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting.
  • Managing the ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment for assigned locations.
  • Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
Applicants should be prepared for:

  • Continuous standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
  • The ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment are essential.
