Job Title: Customer Success Representative
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at Targeted Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business software implementation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Projects: Create implementation work-plans, facilitate status calls, and provide project progress reporting.
- Customer Support: Uncover, analyze, and comprehend system requirements; advise customers on solution features and configuration options.
- Solution Customization: Configure and customize new customer instances, including interfaces with third-party applications.
- Change Management: Manage changes to requested solutions, following the documented change request process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
- Experience: One or more years of experience implementing business software in a consultative role within a SaaS environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Benefits:
