About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BAW Application Developer to join our team in developing and maintaining business applications for our banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using various programming languages and technologies
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure that applications meet client needs
  • Lead technical teams and provide support as needed
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in business applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business application development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business application development, with a focus on banking and finance
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages, including Java, C#, Python
  • Experience with business application development methodologies, such as Agile
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database design and development
  • Experience with testing and debugging techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Fluent in English
