Job SummaryWe are currently interviewing for concierge positions that require a high level of customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Front Desk/Office setting and be able to build positive relationships with residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
- Direct guests and visitors to the appropriate destination
- Check-in and announce incoming guests
- Receive packages and deliveries
- Resolve complaints from residents and guests
- Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks
- Prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year preferred)
- Ability to build positive relationships with high-level interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work and stand on your feet for several hours
- Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex multi-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization's vision, mission, and core values
