Job Summary

We are currently interviewing for concierge positions that require a high level of customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Front Desk/Office setting and be able to build positive relationships with residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
  • Direct guests and visitors to the appropriate destination
  • Check-in and announce incoming guests
  • Receive packages and deliveries
  • Resolve complaints from residents and guests
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year preferred)
  • Ability to build positive relationships with high-level interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work and stand on your feet for several hours
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex multi-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
