Position Overview: This role involves overseeing, directing, and mentoring the tasks of junior personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute inspections to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Analyze and interpret regulatory matters, technical issues, and analytical data to validate compliance with safety laws.
- Stay informed about updates in state and federal safety codes and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions, manage data, and review compliance reports.
- Offer expert advice and consultation on fire safety inspections, facility safety, and related operations.
- Identify and implement necessary follow-up actions as required.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution OR an Associate's degree in a related field with two years of pertinent experience OR a High school diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience OR one year of experience at the lower level of Safety & Compliance Specialist 3 or an equivalent position. Note: Some roles may necessitate a valid driver's license and/or specific certifications.
