About the RoleThe Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring the total nursing needs of residents are met, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. This includes:
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiating plan of care as needed and supervising resident care
- Developing assignments in coordination with care partners and ensuring resident satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN license in the state of Oregon
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care (senior care experience preferred)
As a part-time Registered Nurse with HumanGood, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $40-48, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits, matching 401(k), and a $25 + tax per line cell phone plan.
