About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical Logistics Engineer Specialist to join our team at Bell Flight. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining aircraft maintenance procedures, ensuring the highest level of supportability and reliability for our commercial programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance procedures, combining engineering designs with practical mechanical experience.
  • Provide technical support for activities including MSG-3 Scheduled Maintenance Analysis, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) development, and industry documents and manuals across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize the customers' maintenance experience after field introduction of the aircraft.
  • Collaborate cross-organizationally to ensure standardization and compliance for work processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, aeronautical science, or related field with 6 years of experience in supportability engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications development/authoring, aviation manufacturing planning, or aviation design.
  • Experience working with CAD and configuration management applications.
  • In lieu of degree, 2 years of military or commercial maintenance experience with additional experience in supportability engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications development/authoring, aviation manufacturing planning, or aviation design.
