Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of highway projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in roadway design, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software, such as MicroStation and ORD.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Registration in West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.
  • Experience with the West Virginia Division of Highways Design Directives.
  • Knowledge of transportation infrastructure design and construction.
