Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Aqua-Tots Development. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aquatic industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
