Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at LGE Design Build. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, directing calls, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and facilities, ensuring a clean and comfortable work environment.
  • Assist with data entry, typing, scanning, and filing, as needed.
  • Reconcile invoices, manage budgets, and perform other financial tasks.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with customer service software and other administrative tools.
