JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in retail management or rent-to-own is advantageous, but we provide training.
  • 2 to 4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Compliance with a drug-free workplace program and successful completion of background checks is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers.
  • Foster employee engagement and motivation while promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Enhance store performance through effective hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee store operations, including security, financial management, marketing initiatives, and compliance.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and organized.
  • Stay attuned to customer needs and market trends to maintain responsiveness.
  • Uphold the Rent One brand's reputation within the community.
  • Perform additional tasks as required during daily operations.
