Position Summary: The Crew Member plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This individual is accountable for various tasks as assigned, delivering a positive service experience to every guest, preparing high-quality food items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent quality product and service experience that ensures total guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all service guidelines and procedures, taking proactive measures to exceed guest expectations.
  • Perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently; maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas; complete additional cleaning tasks as required.
  • Ensure all guests receive hot, quality food, preparing, packaging, and delivering products in accordance with our Menu Standards.
  • Handle all food items following company protocols, including food preparation procedures; comply with all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations to safeguard the health and safety of guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Enrollment in high school; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience: Candidates must be at least 15 years of age.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to work is required.
  • Accessibility: A reliable method of communication with the establishment is necessary.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various hours, including potential opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attendance: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial throughout the year.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable engaging with all guests.
  • Ability to view operations from a guest's perspective.
  • Capability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:
