Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angioplasty, stenting, and other cardiovascular interventions.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed.
