About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tile Installation Specialist to join our team at House Doctors of Little Rock. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely and professionally completing tile installations and repairs, as well as other home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently to complete tile installations and repairs, as well as other home repair and maintenance projects, within schedule and budget.
  • Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety and quality workmanship.
  • Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of bath/shower tile installation and repair is required.
  • Good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical is a plus.
  • Possessing the tools needed to complete bath/shower tile installation and repair is required.
  • Possessing many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance, and installation projects and understanding how to safely/properly utilize them is a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills.
  • A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant.
  • Able to safely perform physical labor work, including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools.
  • Work in attics and other limited-space areas.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
  • Pass background screening.
