Position Overview:
The Finance Intern will collaborate closely with the accounting management team, delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This role offers the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.

Qualifications:

- Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
- Involvement in student organizations and relevant work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with proficiency in applicable software.

Team Culture:
At CBIZ, we pride ourselves on our collaborative and welcoming culture. The intern will report to a Manager or Senior Manager and will be paired with a Peer Contact for guidance.

Work Environment:
Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility based on business needs. We are committed to supporting work-life balance and career development for our employees.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, and skill set.
