KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
- Assess customer requirements and align them with our product offerings.
- Market and sell the full range of Rite Rug flooring solutions.
- Provide accurate measurements for installation purposes.
- Process transactions in accordance with company protocols.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all flooring options available.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Capability to work independently and resolve issues as they arise.
- Comfortable with technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.
