About the Facility: Our institution is a comprehensive healthcare provider, equipped with 230 licensed beds and 12 operating rooms. We have a robust staff of over 600 physicians and more than 1,700 dedicated employees. Our aim is to deliver top-tier medical services to the community.

Recent Developments: The facility has recently undergone significant enhancements, including a $100 million renovation that introduced a new observation unit, a state-of-the-art outpatient center, and expanded emergency services. The newly opened Unity Tower features additional surgical units and an advanced ICU.

Team Structure: The Hospitalist team consists of over 25 physicians, supported by dedicated nocturnists and a team of 20+ Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This collaborative environment fosters a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Leadership Responsibilities: The Medical Director will engage in both administrative and clinical responsibilities, participating in various hospital committees and working closely with the Physician Organization's administrative support and leadership teams.
