RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled PET/CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating PET/CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:
    • Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications
    • Explain and prepare patients for PET/CT imaging procedures
    • Provide patient support during procedures
  • Imaging Procedures:
    • Perform routine and advanced PET/CT imaging procedures
    • Adjust scan parameters correctly and as needed
    • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Department Support:
    • Assist with maintaining imaging protocol manuals and software upgrades
    • Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as needed
    • Perform quality control procedures on PET/CT equipment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Knowledge of safety-related work behaviors and radiation safety protocols

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working day shifts. The position will be located on a mobile unit with placements in various locations.
