We are seeking a skilled Full Time Wound Care Specialist to join our healthcare team at Integrated Wound Care.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will perform a variety of duties, including conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing wound care management for patients. The schedule is flexible, with no call, no weekends, and no hospital rounding responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Patient Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individualized wound care needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide Wound Care Management: Offer expert wound care management to patients, ensuring optimal healing and comfort.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive wound care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies.
- Active State License: Hold an active state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in wound care management.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide individualized care to patients.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients and families.
