In this role, you will oversee, coordinate, and manage the activities of craft personnel. This may include supervising multiple trade groups such as electricians, carpenters, and other skilled trades within specific construction disciplines (civil, structural, electrical).

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the activities of Assistant Superintendents and craft personnel, including determining construction methods, manpower requirements, material quantities, equipment needs, and work schedules.
- Coordinate assigned tasks with various crafts, departments, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain communication with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Assist in resolving construction challenges, including productivity issues and work interface conflicts.
- Collaborate with the Labor Relations Department to maintain effective communication with unions and resolve jurisdictional disputes as necessary.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and ensure that corrective actions are taken when needed.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering) to ensure that all necessary materials and inspections support craft activities and project timelines.
- May oversee all field aspects of smaller projects with support from the home office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional training and relevant experience are essential.
- A minimum of eight years of supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control, with a proven ability to manage large teams effectively.
- Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects valued at $15M or more.
- Willingness to undertake extended temporary living arrangements or frequent travel to various job sites as required.
