About Site Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Operations Manager to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring that all aspects of our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Job Description

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and Mentoring Direct Support Staff: Provide guidance and support to direct support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Creating a Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Addressing Health, Safety, and Environmental Concerns: Identify and address any health, safety, or environmental concerns that may impact our services or staff.
  • Ensuring Clinical and Behavioral Support Objectives: Ensure that clinical and behavioral support objectives are implemented and documented, and that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Providing Oversight of Dietary Supports: Ensure that dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping, are provided in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring Medical Concerns are Addressed: Ensure that protocols for communicating medical concerns are followed, and that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in addressing medical concerns.
  • Monitoring Budgets and Finances: Monitor and manage the budgets and finances of the individuals we support, ensuring that all financial resources are allocated in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Collecting and Reporting Management Information: Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of our services.
  • Implementing Fiscal Processes and Loss Control Programs: Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure that financial resources are allocated appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in Providing Services and Supports: Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $16.00 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
