Job Summary

Nations Roof is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead our roofing crew in repairs and installation of commercial roofs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a team of roofers in proper repairs and installation of commercial roofs, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roof systems.
  • Conduct regular roof inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranties and industry standards.
  • Accurately record time and material for each project.
  • Represent the company and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a strong background in BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
  • Proven leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of roofers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical field application problems.
  • Daily reporting and adherence to job-site safety and OSHA requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
