Job Summary:

Nations Roof is seeking a skilled Roofing Crew Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial roofing crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of roofers in the installation and repair of commercial roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train a team of roofers in the installation and repair of commercial roofs
Conduct regular roof inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of time and materials used
Represent the company and interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to identify and solve technical field application problems
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Basic computer and smartphone skills
