Family Law Attorney Opportunity

Stark & Stark, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team in Hamilton, New Jersey. As a Family Law Attorney, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with exceptional credentials and a genuine passion for the law.

Responsibilities:
  • Support family law attorneys with a focus on divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody, and child support related issues, relocation issues, college contribution issues, pre-marital agreements, domestic violence matters, and adoption.
  • Work directly with clients preparing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits.
  • Write and research legal issues for briefs, pleadings, ascertaining experts, and preparing and reviewing discovery.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 – 4 years of family law experience.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, writing, and research skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team, and interpersonal skills to interact directly with clients.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Pennsylvania admission a plus.
