Position Summary:
As a General Dentist at ProSmile, you can expect to focus on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care. You will have opportunities to treat a socioeconomically diverse patient population, working with a flexible schedule that allows for 8-hour and 10-hour shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles. Additionally, you will have access to in-house continuing education and training on various dental procedures, including Laser Dental / Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, and Invisalign.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Associate General Dentist, your clinical duties will include working with clinical staff to provide quality patient care, following standard dentistry procedures, and complying with company policies. You will also be responsible for referring patients to appropriate specialists as needed, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and techniques in the dental field, and maintaining effective rapport with patients, other dentists, office managers, and staff members.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a DDS/DMD license and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
