Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Harley-Davidson Technician to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for repairing, customizing, maintaining, or overhauling both customer and dealer-owned motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, dependable, and high-quality vehicle service to customers.
  • Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible.
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency in the service department.
  • Assist the Service Writer with writing up work orders, communicating with customers, and test riding vehicles.
  • Notify the Service Writer of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion.
  • Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork after each job.
Requirements
  • Completion of a factory-authorized formal training program or equivalent work experience.
  • Current Motorcycle license.
  • Service Technicians need both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products.
Working Conditions
  • Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
  • Exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials, or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
