We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Baptist Medical Center Clay. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a telemetry or cardiac unit.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Conscious Sedation Certification preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
