Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Contribute to team efforts aimed at reaching growth objectives in financial performance and primary client acquisition. Facilitate introductions between clients and team members to effectively drive sales initiatives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Assist clients with account inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure a positive experience. Meet activity benchmarks established by Retail Leadership, including appointment scheduling, completion, and needs evaluation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Execute all transactions accurately and in accordance with regulations to mitigate losses.
  • Engage in complex projects and additional responsibilities as required. Comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Meet sales and referral targets through quality discussions and recommendations that align with clients' financial goals. Offer tailored financial guidance through both phone and in-person consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 4-5 years in customer service and sales, ideally within the financial services sector
  • Licenses: National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), Life and Health Insurance, FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 or 66
  • Capability to train and mentor colleagues in products and procedures
  • Preferred experience in financial services and digital offerings
