Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Snellville, creating an exceptional customer experience by producing high-quality cakes and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to create delicious cakes in various sizes and flavors
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized baking station, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment with precision and efficiency
  • Ensure accurate measurements, timely production, and quality control of baked goods
  • Work collaboratively with the Bakery Manager to develop cake production plans and manage inventory
Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting moderate to heavy weights (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, and commitment to excellence
  • Possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Has previous experience as a Baker or in a related operational support role, or is willing to learn and grow with our company
