- Conduct systematic tool sampling and qualification to ensure smooth production start-up.
- Analyze and troubleshoot automation-related issues to optimize process performance.
- Provide process engineering expertise to teams across departments and locations.
- 3+ years of experience in automation control and process testing with technical training.
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and plastic processing.
- Knowledge of IT systems (MES, SAP, MS Office).
- Proficient in English, self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and intercultural skills.
