We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Systems Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning solutions to support evolving training requirements and initiatives

Requirements
  • Experience leading large-scale LMS, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) implementations for SaaS or COTS-based products
  • Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering professional services to the federal government
  • Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
  • Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data-gathering skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in CS or Instructional Technology
  • Project Management Certification
