Trident Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Drools expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with business rules management systems (BRMS) and a strong background in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement business rules and processes using BRMS tools
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business rules, processes, and system configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:
7+ years of experience with BRMS tools (e.g. JBOSS BRMS, Drools, ODM)
Strong programming skills in Java and Python
Experience with business process modeling and rule engine development
