Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and coordinating audit projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Leading audit teams to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Evaluating audit documentation and reports generated by team members.
  • Guaranteeing the accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of all audit reports.
  • Engaging with clients to pinpoint potential risk factors and recommend strategies for risk management.
  • Cultivating and sustaining productive relationships with clients and team members through regular interactions.
  • Offering technical support and mentorship to junior audit staff.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction and development of the audit division.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in audit management or a comparable position.
  • Strong knowledge of audit practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in public accounting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • High integrity and reliability with a strong focus on results.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
