Job Title: Nutrition Care Specialist

About Us:

RD Nutrition Consultants is a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch nutrition care and education. As a Registered Dietitian, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating nutritional status, devising care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments aligned with industry standards.
  • Deliver tailored nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and the community, following physician directives and ADA guidelines.
  • Document participant progress accurately in medical records and liaise effectively with team members.
  • Be a vital member of our Interdisciplinary Team, actively contributing to participant care planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from an ADA accredited institution.
  • 1 year of experience working with older adults.
  • Registered Dietitian License.
  • CDE or CDE eligibility within 24 months.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment handling (fax/copier).
  • Strong data entry and word processing abilities.
  • Solid mathematical skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
