Work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Verovian is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct care to patients and support the well-being of patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a compassionate healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), aiding with daily tasks, and documenting patient information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established healthcare standards.
  • Aid patients with daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and patient transfer and positioning.
  • Accurately record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the RN.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans and document patient information.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Requirements:

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Valid Oregon LPN certification.
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program.
  • Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for patients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
