Your Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of one or more facilities.
Build customer relationships by assessing their storage requirements and offering solutions.
Enhance sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Assist new customers with rental processes and agreements
Manage cash handling, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits.
Ensure the facility adheres to the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance tasks.
Work independently on daily responsibilities while collaborating with team members and other locations.
Run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations as needed.
Your Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred.
Strong computer proficiency.
Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC.)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
