Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our ER team at First Connect. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess current HI licensure and a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care. A strong understanding of nursing certifications, including PALS, BLS/BCLS, and ACLS, as well as TNCC, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families
