We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Early Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality services to children with autism and their families.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Early Autism Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will work closely with our team of therapists and support staff to ensure that each child receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality services
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism
  • 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 1 year of experience as a BCBA (preferred)
