Behavior Intervention Specialist

Make a Meaningful Impact in the Lives of Children with Autism
As a Behavior Technician at Centria Autism, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to helping children with autism reach their full potential. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Work one-on-one with children, providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to children and their families
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
- Passion for working with children with autism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
