Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for training new dealers in the art of table games dealing. You will work closely with our experienced trainers to develop and deliver engaging training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to ensure high-quality dealer performance
  • Collaborate with other trainers to create and update training materials
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure dealer performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on dealer progress and performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for teaching and mentoring. You should also have prior experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment and be comfortable with adapting to changing situations.
