Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week)

DSPs work directly with residents to support their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. They also facilitate recreational activities and outings to promote socialization and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  2. Cook and prepare meals for residents
  3. Clean and maintain the home environment
  4. Facilitate recreational activities and outings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
