- Education and Training: Serve as an expert educator of available services to referral partners and community members, developing and executing an annual education plan with area Nurse Navigator(s), marketing, and clinical teams.
- Account Management: Utilize and follow the defined sales process to increase the number of referrals received, attract new referral partners, and expand the use of services within existing accounts.
- Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service and ensure an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, resulting in effective account management and satisfied referral partners.
- Education: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Sales experience in a health-related field, preferably within a home health or hospice setting.
- Travel: Daily local/regional travel is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills specific to Microsoft Outlook programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Must be organized, able to prioritize daily activities based on overall impact, and have strong technology skills specific to entering computer data.
