Behavioral Health Director

Clara Maass Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President, Behavioral Health to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and directing the Behavioral Health department to achieve consistent outcomes aligned with our mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective clinical systems to exceed customer expectations, including patients, nursing, support services, physicians, and the overall community.
- Assume leadership responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health services.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing with a BSN required and MA/MS Degree preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts.
- Current leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts.
- Minimum five to seven years of experience in upper-level management required.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and demonstrated writing skills.
