Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team at our West Belleville, IL Health Center. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality mental health services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health needs
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • 1-2 years of experience in therapy, preferably in a primary care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
