Houseperson Assistant

This Houseperson Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join the Valencia Group team and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean and well-stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve our high standards.

• Servicing Guest Rooms: You will be responsible for delivering linen and supplies to housekeeping storages on assigned floors, ensuring that all trash and dirty linen is collected at the end of each shift, and removing room service trays from guest sight.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You will assist guests as needed when in the guest halls, deliver guest requests in a timely manner, and alert your supervisor/manager on duty when completed.
• Maintaining High Standards: You will work closely with housekeeping supervisors and management to ensure that all equipment is properly cared for and secure at the end of each shift, maintain shelf organization in assigned storages, and report maintenance issues to engineering staff.

• Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
